How my life changed since I discovered oil sprayers
In the past I just poured olive oil straight into the pan, but spraying it instead has made my cooking life so much easier. I can now easily create more balanced meals that I never would have been able to achieve otherwise. Better yet, I can now make delicious and delicious looking foods which would have been a disaster when I first started cooking. I wanted to share my experience with you guys so that you too can feel the same pleasure I felt when I started oil spraying.
I did my best to try new things, and in the end, I came to the conclusion that I loved oil spraying because of how evenly the oil was distributed while reducing the overall amount.
What oils can I use with an oil sprayer?
When using an oil sprayer, you are able to use any oil.
The most common oils used are:
- Olive Oil
- Sesame oil
- Coconut oil
- Vegetable oil
- Peanut oil
How do I clean an oil sprayer?
When you clean an oil sprayer, you can use your choice of cleaning products.
Here are some common cleaning products you can use:
- Vinegar
- Dishwashing Liquid
- Soap
What type of oil should I use for oil spraying?
Vegetable oil:
- Helps to keep the food warm
- Evenly distributes heat over a large surface area
Olive Oil:
- Provides a rich flavor to your food
- Provides a robust flavor to your food
Sesame Oil:
- Helps to improve the taste of food
- It has a nutty flavor
I cannot stress enough how important it is to use the correct oil for your needs. If you're going to be using oil for a curry, you don't want to put on the table coconut oil. Also note that coconut oil has a different consistency than any cooking oil, which makes it very difficult to evenly spray.
What kind of pan should I use for oil spraying?
As long as it's non-stick, I am fine with any pan I'm using. The best pan I have found is a grill pan. It has a large enough surface area to easily cover my frying pan.
